The present terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between StudioHomme and the purchaser, in addition to the terms applicable to all purchases made via the studiohomme sales website.
All contractual information will be confirmed by e-mail sent to the address entered by the purchaser on the order form.
The available products are those featured in the catalogue published on the StudioHomme website, which have undergone quality inspections.
Every effort is made to present the characteristics of the products via photos and specification sheets based on data supplied by the manufacturer.
The products are proposed for sale subject to available stock.
A number of special offers may be proposed for a short period, and these will be the subject of specific announcements.
As stocks are limited, when an item is out of stock this will be mentioned on the item concerned.
The photographs in the catalogue are as accurate as possible, but should not be seen as constituting an identical representation of the product offered for sale, particularly regarding colours.
The prices shown in the catalogue are displayed in euros and are inclusive of VAT.
For VAT-exempt orders (countries out of the EEC), the prices will be calculated ex-tax when proceeding to payment.
The currencies others than the Euro are informed as a guide. The final payment is made in Euros.
StudioHomme reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with it nevertheless being understood that the price shown in the catalogue on the day the order is placed will constitute the only price applicable to the purchaser.
The prices shown do not include carriage and delivery costs.
All customs fees, if any, remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Any purchaser wishing to purchase a product must obligatorily:
- Confirm the contents of his shopping basket after having checked it.
- Fill out the customer identification form on which he should provide all of the requested contact information along with a password, or provide his customer identification number if he already has one, and enter or confirm the invoicing and delivery addresses.
- Confirm his order and payment method.
- Confirm the payment.
The confirmation of the order constitutes full acceptance of the present general terms of sale and an acknowledgement of their contents by the purchaser.
All of the data supplied and the recorded order confirmation constitute proof of the transaction.
The confirmation constitutes the signature and acceptance of the transactions undertaken.
- StudioHomme will send a confirmation of the booked order and the order number in an initial e-mail.
- StudioHomme will send the following information in a second e-mail: confirmation of the order and delivery number booked with the haulier DHL, enabling the client to track his delivery.
StudioHomme’s accounts are held at HSBC Champs-Elysées Paris.
Payments are secured using the Ogone payment system.

All information exchanged in order to process the payment will be encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties.
Furthermore, the said data will not be stored in our IT system.
Payments are made by bankcard (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Ogone is PCI DSS certified (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) by Visa and MasterCard.
The purchaser’s account will only be debited when the payment for the order has been confirmed and only for the value of the items shipped plus the carriage costs.
All customs fees, if any, remain the responsibility of the purchaser and will be directly invoiced by UPS.
3D-secure is a security protocol put into place on our partner Ogone's secure online payment platform in order to prevent the risk of fraudulent utilization of your credit card without your knowledge: when having had your card or your card number stolen, for example.
It was created by VISA (Verified By Visa) and MasterCard (MasterCard Secure Code).
It is not available for American Express cards.
Important: Only the cards declared by Visa and MasterCard as participating in this program benefit from this security.
Card issuing banks and organisms progressively handle this service.
Procedure:
1. The purchaser validates his order on www.studiohomme.com and is directed to the website of our partner Ogone, European leader in secure online payment.
2. The purchaser fills out the information: card number, expiration date, 3-digit cryptogram (CVV).
3. He is temporarily redirected towards the website of the issuer of his card to confirm identity.
The authentication methods are different for each bank, principally via unique or variable codes or with your birth date.
4. If authentication is confirmed and the payment request is validated, you are redirected back towards www.studiohomme.com.
The 3-D Secure authentication code does in no case correspond to the cryptogram present on the back of your card, nor to the personal PIN code number you use in cash machines.

The price of delivery is fixed and does not depend either on the amount or on the weight of the order.
It is based on the destination: €15 for Metropolitan France, €20 for Europe & Corsica, €30 for the USA & Canada and €40 for the rest of the world.
Deliveries will be made via DHL. Neither the haulier nor the company studiohomme may be considered liable due to an inability to deliver as a result of an incorrect delivery address (with it being furthermore stipulated that clients are not allowed to request delivery to P.O. boxes).
The total carriage costs are shown in the "cart" section and must be approved by the purchaser before confirming each order.
All customs fees, if any, remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
The purchaser may track progress with his delivery at the following website http://www.dhl.com using the tracking number supplied to him along with the order confirmation by e-mail.
The goods will be delivered to the purchaser in person: you should check the condition of the delivered goods and then sign the delivery slip, which constitutes confirmation that the order has been fulfilled.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition.
In the event that damaged or incomplete goods are delivered to you, you should refuse the delivery and record your complaint on the delivery slip.
You should then inform StudioHomme of this by sending an e-mail to the following address: contact@studiohomme.com or by sending a registered letter to 71 rue Réaumur, 75002 Paris, requesting a new delivery meeting the necessary standards, (with costs being borne by StudioHomme) or the cancellation of the sale and the issuing of a refund.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, a non-delivery notice will be left for you and a new appointment should be arranged by visiting the following website http://www.dhl.com.
On the third unsuccessful attempt to deliver your products, the cost of returning the goods will be billed to the purchaser in the form of a deduction from his refund.
The address that you have supplied for the delivery of your goods may not be modified during delivery.
In the event of a delivery lead time exceeding seven days from that shown on the order, the contract of sale may be cancelled at the purchaser's request, who will receive a refund in full.

Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
On condition that the products are still in their original packagings and that they have not been worn, washed, ironed, altered, or soiled, and that shoes have been triedon on rugs or carpets in order to avoid any scratches or damage to the soles, the purchaser will benefit from a right of retraction during the seven days following the delivery of his order:
For each return, the purchaser should send an e-mail to the StudioHomme customer service department at the following address: contact@studiohomme.com or a registered letter to 71 rue Réaumur 75002 Paris, stating the purpose of his return (refund or exchange).
Customers are advised to use DHL, UPS or Fedex when returning items to StudioHomme.
However, if the purchaser decides to send back the goods using another hauler, he should ensure that the shipped goods can be tracked and that a signature is required upon delivery.
7-a Return with a request for an exchange:
In the case of a return with an exchange, the new item has to have the same reference, and so the same price, as the exchanged one. Only size and color can vary.
The cost of returning the item will be borne by the purchaser, although the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item will be borne by StudioHomme (up to a maximum of one replacement).
It is not possible to change an article purchased in the Outlet.
7-b Return with a request for a refund:
The purchaser will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item and the "out-ward" carriage costs, in conformity with the Châtel Law. The "return" carriage costs will however be borne by the purchaser.
You will be informed of the processing of your request by e-mail.
The right of retraction does not apply to artificial persons (for example companies).
In the event that damaged goods are returned, studiohomme will return these to the purchaser, who will be required to pay the carriage costs.
StudioHomme will issue a refund for merchandise sent back in accordance with the abovementioned conditions, within a period of 30 days as from the date on which they are received.
However, the use of deferred debit bank cards will result in a deferred refund.
The purchaser should inform StudioHomme by sending an e-mail to studiohomme@studiohomme.com or by registered letter sent to the following address 71 rue Réaumur, 75002 Paris.
All products supplied by StudioHomme are covered by the legal warranty detailed in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
During the online sales process, StudioHomme is bound only by an obligation of due care.
It may not be considered liable for any losses arising as result of the use of the Internet including a loss of data, intrusions, viruses, service interruptions or other unintentional problems.
Concerning the non-performance or unsatisfactory performance of the contract, studiohomme may be exempted from all or part of its liability by providing proof that the problem concerned is attributable to either the consumer, to unforeseen and unavoidable actions on the part of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.
No one is authorised to reproduce, use, circulate or otherwise employ (in any form, even partially) the constituent features of the website, whether visual or audible.
Any simple or hypertext link to the website is strictly forbidden, unless agreed in advance in writing by StudioHomme.
The use or reproduction of the brands featured on the site is strictly forbidden.
Consequently the copying or use of any of the brands sold or presented, and any parasitism derived from the use of the site will automatically result in legal action and the appropriate sanctions.
StudioHomme reserves the right to collect information concerning purchasers, including through the use of "cookies".
Purchasers may oppose the divulgence of their contact details by informing StudioHomme of their objections.
Similarly, users have a right to access and rectify any data concerning them in accordance with the law. Immediately upon request from a purchaser, StudioHomme agrees to delete all contact details and information regarding the said purchaser from its database.
The data collected may not be used for any commercial purpose other than that concerning or mentioned on the site and those which may subsequently be developed by StudioHomme.
The purchaser has a right to access, modify, rectify or delete data.
To exercise this right, the purchaser should contact studiohomme or pass via the identification page accessible with his e-mail address and password.
This site was the subject of a declaration to the CNIL (the French Data Protection Authority) on January 16, 2009, recorded under number 13 40 886.
StudioHomme will archive all order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium providing a faithful copy in conformity with the requirements of article 1348 of the Civil Code.
StudioHomme’s computerised records will be considered by the parties concerned as constituting proof of the communications, orders, payments and transactions between them.
The present online general terms of sale are governed by French law.
In the event of disputes or litigation, only the courts of PARIS will be considered competent, notwithstanding multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties.
